Philosophy

Through our company's philosophy we define the self-understanding of our company and communicate our basic principles ­- internal and external. The company Basic Values, Values and Vision compose the corporate philosophy. These three components serve all employees of FUMINCO for orientation and motivation in every day’s work. Our clients and other interested parties can get an important idea of the company based on the mission statement. Thus, it is an instrument to perform positive public relations work for us since third parties can inform themselves about what the company stands for.

A speciality in our company philosophy are our guiding principles. The roots of FUMINCO are in the mining industry. Inspired by centuries of mining tradition in middle Europe, the employees developed the guiding principle from the key word "Glückauf". The basic values of FUMINCO are based on the main pillars integrity, authenticity and responsibility.
